Brooke & Luke’s Glitch Day Out
Narrator Voice (echoing like static through the speakers):
It was a bright morning aboard the Black Dragon’s Foot, if you could call anything bright inside a spaceship lit by glowing lava lamps and a neon sign that read “KEEP OFF THE MAIN BUTTON.”
The captain was busy polishing his cutlass, McDonalds the inflatable crocodile was napping in a hammock, and Alfie was playing a video game called Galactic Goats 3000 with his friends Brooke and Luke — twin geniuses of gadgetry.
Brooke was the calm thinker.
Luke was the wild button-presser.
Together? A recipe for trouble.
💻 Scene 1 — “Button Trouble”
“Hey, look!” Luke said, pointing at the ship’s control screen. “It says ‘TEST SIMULATION MODE – DO NOT ENTER.’”
Brooke squinted. “If it says do not enter, then—”
“—we definitely have to enter,” grinned Luke, already pressing the glowing red button.
The screen flickered. The lights dimmed.
Then everything went ZAP–POP–WHOOSH!
In a flash of blue static, Brooke and Luke disappeared into the ship’s computer.
👾 Scene 2 — “Inside the Glitch World”
Brooke and Luke found themselves standing in a world made of floating code — rivers of ones and zeros, walls made of glowing circuits, and pixelated clouds drifting above them.
“Luke,” Brooke said carefully, “I think we’re inside the mainframe!”
Luke laughed nervously. “Cool! We’re basically Wi-Fi now!”
But then a booming digital voice echoed around them:
“UNAUTHORIZED USERS DETECTED. INITIATING VIRUS PROTOCOL.”
The glowing circuits shifted. From the data streams rose glitch monsters — shimmering cubes with sharp teeth and static eyes.
Brooke grabbed Luke’s hand. “Run!”
⚡ Scene 3 — “The Great Glitch Chase”
Back on the bridge, Captain Skull Fire tapped the console.
“McDonalds, where are the twins?”
“They’re… in the Wi-Fi?” McDonalds guessed.
Cluckles, the ninja chicken, flapped his wings. “Then we’ll have to download them out!”
Alfie jumped into the control seat. “I can go in after them — I’ve got the game console linked to the same system!”
“Make it quick,” said the Captain. “And no cheat codes!”
With a flash of light, Alfie vanished into the digital dimension.
🔧 Scene 4 — “Teamwork.exe”
Inside the glitch world, Brooke and Luke were cornered.
The monsters hissed, “DELETE! DELETE!”
Just then, a new player appeared — Alfie, glowing with pixel armor and holding a blaster shaped like a joystick.
“Need a player two?” he shouted.
Together, the three of them dodged and ducked, blasting glitches and patching code fragments. Brooke used her smarts to rewire digital pathways; Luke used his quick reflexes to close virus loops; and Alfie coordinated the rhythm of their attacks like a true team captain.
When the last glitch exploded in a shower of code, the voice returned:
“SYSTEM RESTORED. THANK YOU, AUTHORIZED USERS.”
And with a click, they were back on the bridge — slightly smoking, but safe.
🛠️ Scene 5 — “Patch Complete”
Captain Skull Fire raised an eyebrow.
“So… what have we learned?”
Brooke said, “Always read the warnings.”
Luke said, “Never trust big red buttons.”
And Alfie grinned, “Unless you have backup.”
McDonalds held up a sign reading:
“System Error: Captain’s Cookies Missing.”
Everyone laughed as Cluckles sighed, “Another glitch.”
Outside the viewport, the Black Dragon’s Foot drifted peacefully — its systems humming, its crew wiser, and its Wi-Fi slightly singed.
🌟 Lesson
Friendship and cooperation fix the impossible.
Working together — even when you’ve made a mess — turns chaos into a comeback.
